Job Description:
We are looking for Secretaries who are required to perform various routine clerical and administrative duties such as: organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations, reports, and documents. Their additional responsibilities include:
  • Produces information by transcribing, inputting, formatting, retrieving, editing, copying, and transmitting data, text and graphics
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence;
  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars
  • Completes requests by greeting customers
  • Maintains office supplies inventory
  • Secures information by completing database backups
  Usually Secretaries work in office settings, but with the advancement of technology Secretaries can now work from home as virtual assistants. Desired candidates must have high school diploma and basic office and computer skills for entry-level positions. We seek at least 2-4 years of experience in this particular field by the candidates. This job can be Telecommuting and can be performed remotely at least some part of the working time.
