We are looking for Receptionists, who will be responsible for carrying out regular administrative tasks, which may include: answering phones, receiving visitors, and providing general information about their organization to the public and customers. Their additional responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them
  • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintaining security by following procedures
  • Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions
  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures
  • Taking telephone and e-mail orders
  • Providing information and answering questions on related products and services
Receptionists typically need a high school diploma and good communication skills. There are various Telecommuting Virtual Receptionists jobs that require the candidates to run virtual office to assist with customer needs. We seek at least 2-4 years of experience in this particular field by the candidates. This job can be Telecommuting and can be performed remotely at least some part of the working time.
