HR Managers are required for a multinational company who will be responsible for overseeing an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring of employee processes to effectively manage the workforce. Their other key responsibilities include,
- Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff for the entire enterprise or organization
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
- Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with outside bodies
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures
It is a versatile job and requires candidates with strong organizational skills, who can quickly shift from one project to another and handle various topics without becoming weighed down. The candidates should have at least 4-6 years of experience in this particular field.
