Job Description:
We are looking for Data Entry Clerks who will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on computer systems and they need to archive them. The work usually requires them enter information into spreadsheets or computer programs and follow data entry instructions while typing documents quickly and accurately. Their additional responsibilities include:
  • Cross-reference data from multiple source documents when entering data for a single record
  • Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt of data
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Records data by operating data entry equipment
Data Entry Clerks usually need a high school diploma for an entry-level position and may receive on-the-job training on data entry procedures and custom software programs. We seek at least 2-4 years of experience in this particular field by the candidates. This job can be Telecommuting and can be performed remotely at least some part of the working time.
