Job Description:
We are looking for Administrative and Executive Secretaries who will be liable for providing high-level administrative support to the professionals in a company. They need to conduct research, prepare reports, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings. Their additional responsibilities include:  
  • Organize the files
  • Retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Ordering supplies
  • Maintaining records management systems
  • Performing basic bookkeeping work.
  Candidates need to have skills like good listening, management, writing, critical thinking, multitasking, monitoring and coordination. We seek at least 2-4 years of experience in this particular field by the candidates. This job can be Telecommuting and can be performed remotely at least some part of the working time.
