Jobs for Cooks
Cooks are required for a well known restaurant chain, those will be responsible for planning and developing recipes and menus, ordering supplies, keeping records and accounts, pricing items on menu, inspecting food preparation etc. Their other key responsibilities include,
- Inspecting and cleaning the kitchen, kitchen equipment, serving areas, etc to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Planning meals, preparing and cooking food stuffs
- Planning, supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen helpers
- Operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles
The candidates should have at least 2 years experience in food service and hospitality arena and should posses good math and written communication skills.
